“Whether You Care Or Not” is a 30 minute documentary that follows Kelowna, BC natives We Are The City as they look towards their new album and tour Europe for the last time before going back into the studio. Andrew learns how to drive standard, David shows his skipping rope finesse, and Cayne negotiates with club owners for a new recording space.
