My prayer is that God would gently get the attention of all fake Christian Artists to truly turn to him or expose them publcally as he sees fit.

Note: I have only just learned of this artist and am not passing judgement but will say… What’s funny about horror?

  It’s unfortunate and true that there are “fake Christians” in music as there are in all areas of life. The Antidote features artists with a wide range of views, but all have a deep rooted faith in Christ. Splatter Guts is one of many artists who has an honest desire to reach out to a portion of society that may be ignored or even shunned by Christians. The Antidote feels much the same. We fully realize that Christians often have divergent ideas of what may be regarded as appropriate behaviour for a believer. Some even feel that a Christian performing in a bar is a sinful act. The Antidote strives to reach out with love to those in our society who may feel ostracized and judged by the church body.

Splatter Guts is totally unique and puts a twist on Christianity in a good way. His lyrics take Christians, like myself, through the reality of what we face/have faced. He’s an inspiration and I can’t wait to hear more of his music 🙂

This artist is raw and truthful. He speaks of his past as his demons, which everyone has. Splatter Guts admits many of his issues in this interview in which even the people closest to him didn’t know. Splatter Guts is inspiring and a wonderful musician.
